LLB Distance Education is Valid or Not?
If you want to practice law in an Indian court, then the Bachelor of Law (LLB) program via distance learning mode is not valid. As, Bar Council of India (BCI), which regulates legal studies and legal professions in India does not approve or recognise LLB programmes via online, distance, correspondence, part-time mode. Law requires mandatory moot court sessions, classroom interactive, in-person training, and court visits, which are only possible through regular, on-campus study.
